Well well well, I am surprised at the super efficient firstworld Singapore Postal Service.
Even if it was hand-delivered on 3 Oct, the date on this memo is 22 Oct. Means it took them 19 days to process and give you a note?
I don't believe it is as simple as lateness. I believe they took it for x-ray or whatever. I am quite sure they 'know" who I am, since I was quite vocal on ST forum and some other avenues.
I hope you do receive these presents. The credit card bill, for these items, ironically arrived just 2 days before mother spilled the beans.
Well, at least you got them. I will try to be online, or you can sms me tomorrow.
