Samples
These are some of the dinners that we have had for the past week or so. Menus are still being tried out and refined, but as you probably can see, there are some standard dishes which are almost always included/repeated.
According to the 'diners', the dinners have been largely ok. I guess their 'ok' sentiments is probably their true feelings about the food since they don't really have much of a choice of chefs anyway.

What a generous spread! And do I see some Europa BROT? Wow!
The use of the stainless steel plates and container bowls, make it so...um..like hospital (optimistic) or is it prison (sarcastic) dining ? hahaha.
We have similar dishes here, but usually 2 or 3 dishes only, with rice. Occasionally we will have soup and sometimes black sauce meat (chicken or fatty meats).
M has asked that she returns earlier than planned. Her ears are stuffy because last 2 days the airpressure dropped suddenly due to quick changing weather. She is afraid that she become dependent on us (she described how she needs R to hold her, etc). So it may be likely she comes home 1 or 2 weeks earlier but nothing is confirmed. I asked her to wait til nearer the date, before we alert SIA to change dates. Also there is a chance she realises that the stuffiness in her ears is "quite ok" to deal with. Hopefully she stays the planned duration and not change.
Otherwise she is quite happy and contented, in my view. They go out shopping today, all 4 of them.
