When I was trying to publish my post on More Cakes And More, there was some problem with the connection to Blogger.
To cut a long story short, some paras went missing somehow. In those paras, I 'confessed' to the sorry state of fitness we all seem to be in now. And of course, to the lack of exercising these days.
Sigh. Really must do something about this soon.

Some proposals:
During "good weather days", alight at a distance from home, and walk home. Roger can drive the bags, shopping stuff home, while you and the children, can take a 5 or 10 mins walk home.
Do this at least 3 times a week.
Exercise bike? (ok ok, the last experience with this was BAD!!!)
Sunday morning or evening run?
Or go collectively to East Coast or someplace scenic (but near) for a walk?
